    The service was top notch from the time we entered until we left. Our waitress was so entertaining - great sense of sarcastic humor. The food was great as well! Highly recommend the gingerbread pancakes. We will be back!

    It was very pleasant. The food was so awesome and plenty enough to use a to-go-box. The waiter was on top of the coffee and very friendly. Prices were decent not too terrible. The cook was very friendly and clean cut and we will definitely go again.

    David is amazing, as always. I have been seeing him exclusively since 2006 and have never been disappointed. The fabulous conversations are a plus! This review is about David P. at As You Like It salon next to Magnolia. Didn't realize it posted to Magnolia Cafe. We love this restaurant though.

    The Magnolia Cafe on Lake Austin blvd continues to impress with down home American style cusine, in a quaint old house setting that will charm all but the snootiest of visitors. If not, just tell them it was good enough for a president so they might should give it a chance. The full menu is complimented by seasonal variations. Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

    This was a great place to have breakfast before we headed out on our Austin adventure for the day. The food was delicious and the service was fast even though the house was packed out with weekend breakfast crowd. The menu has a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options.
